I won’t even give one star for the delivery order that I just received. The rice was under cooked, ordered extra chicken they gave me the opposite, the whole bowl was drowned in sour cream and guacamole! Chips were missing from the order as well. Extremely Disappointed to say the least. Please train your staff appropriately!!!!

Why is there NEVER any salad dressing in this location?. I have to order a rice bowl instead. Doesn’t matter what time of the day or season. It’s obvious that management is inexperienced in the restaurant business.

This place is the worst. The staff is so concerned with getting out by 10 pm that their food prep table was almost completely empty. I arrived there on a Friday night at about 9:25 there was only chicken for protein and no white rice, no beans of any kind and they were busy cleaning up in order to get out on time. When a complaint was raised their response was to shrug and say “we’re closing soon”. They were unconcerned that about a dozen of us there were leaving without ordering. There was nothing left to order and they were annoyed when we wouldn’t default to chicken and brown rice with little else.

bad service . rudeness. I felt humiliated and ignored. I couldn’t buy the food for my kids even though I had my Cash at hand they said they didn’t have any change . But they should’ve told me this prior to. they didn’t find any resolution. Don’t want to go back to this Chipotle ever again. would give zero stars if I could. This was a day before Mother’s day too. It very shameful.

Worst chipotle experience. I got a salad bowl with chicken. There was barely chicken in their serving bowl I got the last of the scraps. One of the employees even commented to the associate serving my food, however the associate serving my food proceeded with the bowl they were giving. I sat down tried to eat the bowl threw it out because there was no meat. Paid $12 for food and it wasn’t worth it

They keep raising their prices and lowering what you get for your money. Look at this bag of chips. Only 1/5th of this bag has chips in it! Never coming here again. This is ridiculous. $3 for a bag of air.

The staff are nice and friendly. But there’s always a long lines and they don’t do online orders pick up. Nobody wants to spend over 20 minutes waiting online when you only have 1hr lunch.

This location is horrible with mobile orders. One time they had someone else’s bowl in the bag with my name on it so i had to go back (it had meat which i don’t eat). Another they gave me the wrong beans. Extras on mobile orders just don’t happen even when selected. If you go here, go in person to order
