Cheap food. Fast service. Ok taste. I tried the country fried steak, which was good. My dad ordered the egg platter with turkey sausage patties and said they were extremely rubbery. My eggs were a bit lukewarm. But overall decent place to come for a cheap meal

I was very disappointed with my meal from East 74 Family Restaurant. I looked good, but looks were deceiving. The grilled chicken breast were flavorful, but overcooked, chewy, and tough. The green beans were canned, limp, and not flavorful. The mashed potatoes were not homemade but boxed and tasted very artificial. I would equate this meal to a public school cafeteria lunch. Not to mention, the young lady at the front counter although very sweet, got my to-go order wrong. I was given grilled pork chops instead of grilled chicken breast. I had to return to the restaurant and have my meal remade. Maybe if I ordered something different I would have been more satisfied. My particular meal was definitely a thumbs down.

Jackie was very good. She kept our drinks filled and the food was awesome. I had pancakes and sausage with scrambled eggs burnt. Excellent. My husband had eggs and bacon with hash browns and grits on the side with toast

Nice niche restaurant. Seems like it’s been there for awhile. Lot of cars out front, just before noon. Food is good and comes out hot. Service a little delayed, due to crowd. Counted over 12 LEO’s eating lunch here, so it’s good with that segment. A lot of older people, myself included, eating here. The prices are good, place looks clean, and not alot to find against this place. Highly recommend this place. Another small, non-chain business nestled out of the way. Nice place to eat.
