Well the pizzas were outrageously priced, the employee didn’t help me pick out any specials available, and they told me after I bought the pizza that the cheese and peppers are extra when I had asked for them. I tipped them too :/ never coming back here again

I am giving 1 star for the pizza, the amount of topping is surprisingly so little, in a large pizza there were barely 8 small pcs of chicken topping. I like the staffs there though, they are friendly. Business owner, you have to do better with the quality of food you provide to your customers.

Domino’s used to be our favorite chain pizza spot. We moved to Ukiah and there wasn’t one, as soon as we heard there would be one opening we were extatic. We ordered pizza several times and were more than upset. Every single order had something wrong. Toppings not what we ordered, drinks not even brought to us and had to wait another hour for them to be brought back to us and didn’t even bring the coke, driver brought water. Pizza under cooked, pizza burnt several times, the tracker is never correct. So we stopped using Domino’s. That was a year ago, we figured maybe it’s just because they are new, give them time and we can try later.

In the past they have messed up 4/5 orders I’ve made at this location. Not even joking this is exactly how my 6th order arrived. They’re website wasn’t working properly and I had several back and forth calls with them about items missing on their website when they were available to purchase. I couldn’t use my “free pizza” reward over the phone so I had no choice but to order online. I was told “oh well”. After giving up with what I originally wanted I just ordered two pizzas. This is what I got for my free pizza.

So, Im guessing the toppings are made of gold. Due to the scarcity of them atop my pizza. The pizza was lacking in all ingredients. Over cooked and dry. People there seem okay, except for the apathy. I can only imagine they must not be paid very well. I definitely do NOT recommend.
