Food is always fresh and my order is always perfect. Service here is friendly and professional as well. The only suggestion I have is to prepare the entire order before I get there when placing a to-go order through the app. No matter how early I place it, they won’t start on the fries until i get there. It’s freezing in there, so I’m mostly trying to grab my food & leave instead of waiting 6-10 minutes for fries.

Terrible service I order a double grilled cheese burger with bacon. Got home realized there was no bacon. Luckily I live around the way. So I go back and let them know. They gave me cold bacon on the side instead of remaking it fresh. So I had warm burgers and cold bacon along with burnt fries. Never again. They lost a customer.

Ok so let me be honest with you, I have tried five guys before but not on this state. My experience was not what I expected, the service was horrible, the burger was dry no flavor, the fries were way too salty the only good thing were the drinks. I would not recommend this specific location.

I highly recommend the patty melt…it’d not posted on the menu, but they have it. They call the order to the cook with a different name, but you’ll get your patty melt. Delicious!

I like the burgers. They are a step above fast food and a step below a standard order at the table restaurant. The make the food fresh so no soggy fries or cold burgers. They tend to be a bit pricey, but I can live with it. They give you lots of fries. The basic toppings are free on your burger. I add green peppers and bbq sauce. The drink machine has a large selection of drinks. They tend to keep the place cold.
