I like dunks, but this might be the single worst location in all of New England. Drive-thru doesn’t feel like answering half the time. Go inside and you can expect to wait a good 20 mins to half hour for even the most basic order. E

I went to the drive through with my boyfriend on a slow rainy day there was nobody in the drive threw line except us and one person inside. the lady at the window was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time we were ordering. she was rushing us to the window when we hadn’t even finished ordering yet and when we did finish and got to the window, she had to reconfirm most of the order because she had written it down wrong. we had to wait 10 minutes just to pay and another 10 or so to get our food. we got 2 coffees, 1 refresher, and a bagel. my bagel was burnt, i didn’t have a knife to put on the cream cheese, she put the wrong milk in his coffee, and the straws were too small. the lady didn’t even say anything to us after giving us the last part of our order she just shut the window and left. she made the entire experience bad and quite honestly i don’t understand why someone with that kind of attitude would work in the service industry.

Did a mobile order in the drive thru. Got to location 1 minute after placing order – 5 cars in front of me at drive thru. It took twenty minutes to even get to the order speaker and then another 8 minutes to receive my order (a latte and donut). Drive thru staff appears to only be able to work on one order at a time – they only took the next order when the one ahead was delivered. When I got to the window – my drink was correct but they tried to give me someone else’s food and I had to tell them what mine should have been because they had no clue.

Actively avoid this place. They are somehow incapable of making drinks and food correctly, or in a reasonable amount of time. I worked at Dunkin and I get things take time. But no one should be putting in a mobile order then waiting 15 minutes (on top of a 10 min drive there) for anything. Especially for them to then have made it wrong.

Don’t waste your time- it’s a miracle if anyone actually responds when you use the drive-thru. Half the time I come here I end up leaving because no one can be bothered taking my order or even saying, “it will be just a minute.”

I don’t go to dunks anymore, but the last year I was going there they couldn’t make my husband or i’s coffee right 90% of the time, and that was at EVERY Dunkin’s I would go too!

I’ve been to a lot of dunks in my days, this is the absolute worst one ever, anywhere. Just stood in line for 5 minutes,no one else in the store, while absolutely zero people helped me until I just left. This dunks should be closed, why eve have it open for customers if employees don’t care to serve the customers?
