I was not impressed with this restaurant. I don’t give restaurants bad reviews because I know good help is hard to find and it looks like this is one of them.

The lady on the phone was kind of rude, seemed like she was in too much of a rush to speak. The food was not good. I had the Alfredo baked ziti and six rolls because they don’t have breadsticks anymore. The rolls tasted really sweet. Like I know some rolls are supposed to taste a little sweet but not italian rolls. The Alfredo was watery like super watery and there was no taste at all to it did not have enough salt not enough garlic, not enough onion it was basically just whipping cream with a little bit of pepper. The alfredo also tasted like it had CANNED chicken. I also don’t understand why there’s buffalo chicken dip and stuff at an italian restaurant. When olive garden comes it won’t look good for y’all. The old one was way better!

The food is delicious! I had the chicken parmesan sub and it was soooo good! I’ve had other items at the Boaz location (deep dish pizza, chicken fettuccine alfredo) and they were awesome as well. If you really want to treat yourself, save room for some of their gelato.

The food was great, service not so much. Really enjoyed the calzone by the end my wife and I were getting thirsty. waitress didn’t offer refills, didn’t offer go boxes, didn’t even bring the bill I had to go to the counter after waiting 15 min+ to pay. the service we got was horrible. I’m not the type to complain typically it was great food but the our waitress was awful.

For this to be our first time visiting the restaurant, I was definitely not impressed. I ordered the Philly cheese sub, my fiancé ordered fried ravioli, and his friend ordered the Buffalo chicken sub. None of us were impressed. The ravioli were cold, the Philly cheese was very bad. The lady at checkout asked us how our food was and when we said we weren’t impressed she got an attitude asking what they could do better. Needless to say, I could’ve gotten better food from McDonalds.

The food was terrible. I could have made the food better at home. I would not recommend the fried ravioli, buffalo chicken sub, or Philly cheese sub. The food made us sick to our stomachs. The pasta salad was sour. I didn’t even chew it up before spitting it back out.

I find it funny how you think you can block people on social media and run from the truth of how your family runs a business. It’s gross that people have SLAVED FOR YOUR COMPANIES AND YOU CANT EVEN GIVE THEM THE LAST CHECK THEY WORKED FOR. It is truly sicking that you your husband or your son(s) can’t even tell the employees that the store was shutting down you waited till 11am to tell most your employees they would not be working today I’m so glad I got to leave when I did but I feel so bad for the real workers behind the scenes and on the scene that had to experience the failure of an establishment of good for made from low people I truly pray for the real ones that were there. Also worked at this store rarely but still same owners but different employees that were nothing compared to the owners they are greedy and want you to see the good side only sweeping everything else under the rug.

When they were in the downtown Gadsden location, they were they best. I don’t know what happened to them. The pizza is nothing but a big blob of cheese now.

I think we went on a day when the food was just kind of okay but it is the first time that it wasn’t great and we’ve been there a good bit. I thought it was just what I ordered bc it’s something I tried for the first time but my husband ordered something that he had ordered many times and he said his was just okay too. I’m not going to give up on this place though because I’m normally quite pleased with it and other than the food being the service was good and place was clean.

Not letting employees know when a store is being shut down, silencing all negative things on social media, blaming others to try and keep your image. Yet in truth they get dropped by services for not paying, block people trying to help the workers who lost their jobs, buildings being locked up for “renovations” when in truth you haven’t been paying rent, and employee paychecks bouncing all over the place. For a “family establishment” you are the equivalent of the greedy relatives that blame everyone else for your own doings. The truth is out there in the open now. Anyone who still supports this family is blind.
