In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Vanilla shake literally tasted like whipped cream and somehow was not even cold. All fried foods tasted exactly like the fries. Burgers were good. Staff forgetful of items you ordered. So when you get your order you have to double check before pulling away.

TERRIBLE service! Employees looked directly at us and never offered us any assistance. After about two minutes, my cousin then proceeded to knock for someone’s attention just to have a female employee come to the window with an attitude to ask how can she help us, but immediately tell us to wait one minute and walked away before we could even order anything. Mind you there were only two cars outside at the drive through so they can’t use that excuse. We ended up going across the street to Taco Bell and the service was excellent compared to this place. They definitely need to work on their customer service.

I bought food for my brother. He thoroughly enjoyed it. I am gluten-free so could not eat any food there. I had a strawberry shake. He had chocolate. My shake was a little too sweet, like the syrup ratio was a bit off, but it was still good.

I think they have good food. it’s always hot. The drive thru was very fast. My issue is with them allowing a homeless person to stand next to the drive thru window begging for money. He stands close enough that he could grab money from your hand if he chose to. He is there all the time and the manager allows it. I called up tonight to complain about it and she stated she didn’t know what to do about it.. is she serious. I explained to her that it’s intimidating to her customers. She didn’t understand why.. until this problem is rectified I will not return. Also can you fix the giant pot hole in the Drive-Thru… So it’s been 2 weeks and I decided to go back and see if anything is changed the homeless man was still standing next to the drive-through window and the pothole in the Drive-Thru that’s probably 10 in deep and growing bigger by the day is still there so I’m guessing nobody really cares about this business after all. And apparently bad reviews don’t seem to mean much.. it’s a shame I won’t go back.

They messed up a simple 12$ order so bad. Everything was wrong. I ordered fries, didn’t get them. A bacon cheese burger, no bacon. They forgot my drink and gave me an attitude when we asked for our drink.. I haven’t had fast food or checkers for years !! This will definitely keep me away for good.

They have gone hill. I used to go to this place as a kid and back then the staff was friendly, fast and worked with a smile. Now the staff always look they want to fight you because you ordered food from them! Plus they you have a long wait for food. I like to order fries when i go; but for the past few months it has tasted like they do not clean their deep fryer and it took 15 minutes!

I purchased a mango smoothie i took a sip when i arrived at home 2 minute drive .Worst ever it was water and chrushed ice with a drop of mango flavor. I felt robbed. Frustrating. I have been to other checkers and purcashed the same drink and they were fine. No ketchup for my order even after i requested nor napkins.
