Tried it with one of my friends and she and I love it. The staff was so friendly and when we were willing to pay for extra pickle onions and cabbage and they gave it us a lot more that we expected and for free. What was unique was that they had the classic pork, cheese, bean, they also had mushrooms (love mushrooms) and loroco. They also had real sugar cane soda instead fructose which I was glad since that’s the only soda I can drink. There horchata was great too not super sweet, the cinnamon was not too overpowering, just right. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely go back!

At first I didn’t know what to expect, but when I found out everything was gluten-free we ordered so much! The mixed Pupusa was my absolute favorite, but I can’t wait to try the mushroom and cheese tomorrow. My son is hooked on the tacos, but my daughter loved the asada fries. Our secon time back we tried the mushroom and cheese pupusas and the plantains we to DIE for. Plus they have the BEST horchata in town. You can tell it’s homemade and much richer that I have ever tasted.

This place was amazing! I literally shoved every single bite I had just so none was left over. The food was hot and fresh with great authentic flavor. The pupusa is handmade! HANDMADE! It was just so delicious, we will definitely be visiting regularly!

Isaac met at the front door and welcomed us with a friendly, “Are you hungry?” He promised to fill us with great food and he did not disappoint.

We found this place while road tripping through Colorado. The pupusas were incredible! All the food we ordered was so delicious, hot and fresh. Their salsa was also very good and I appreciated having a mild option! The owner was so sweet, and the service was great. Definitely recommend giving them a try! And if you do get the horchata to wash down your yummy meal!

The owner(s) are incredible humans with huge hearts. The food is absolutely delicious, and my family loves their pork pupusas and chicken pupusas. Definitely worth the trip to support such an amazing business owned by amazing people.

OMG YUM! That’s all I can say. If I had to request a “last meal”, I would ask for a mixed (bean, cheese, pork) papusa from Sosa’s Papusas! They are sooooooo delicious. Their new location on the corner of Barnes and Oro Blanco in NE Colorado Springs is beautiful and VERY clean. They recently started selling assorted items from Central America and it’s awesome to get a little piece of Honduras in my own home in the form of cookies, drinks, and snacks. The owner is so kind and welcoming and every employee I have talked with is wonderful, too. I love Sosa’s Papusas! Check out my photos!
