I love the food but the Taco Bell in Warren Pa only does quick service with drive thru. If you order inside or do a Mobil order for pickup inside don’t go expecting service to be quick. My usual wait time lately has been between 25-35 minutes to get my food and it is not because they are really busy inside. Usually there is only 1 or 2 people inside when I arrive. They only focus on the drive thru at this facility. I think from now on I will order in drive thru then park my car and take it inside.

Same order each time (about every other week). Sometimes it’s missing an ingredient or folded in a manner that the contents spill out of the burrito when you try to eat it. My biggest complaint …. the males that are now taking these $15/hour jobs need to learn some customer service skills. Doesn’t take much to say “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Taco Bell is not the only one guilty of this …. almost every fast food place that used to be mainly female staffed seems to have many more males since wages increased.
