I wouldn’t even give a 1 star. We got to the speaker sat there for at least 10 minutes so we decided to go straight to the window to order because no one was coming to the speaker. We got to the window & had to sit there for an additional 5 mins before someone came even though there was people behind us. Then he gave us a total. & we said we haven’t even ordered he said that we had to go back thru the drive thru bc other people was waiting even though we had sat in the drive thru & was before everyone else that was “waiting” & wouldn’t take our order l. Literally shut the window. bad service. Not friendly. He was rude to many customers. I would rather go to the other dunking that’s a little farther down the road before I even gave them the time of day to even make a u turn in their parking lot. worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

Always a quick and fast service here. The drink are not always well mixed but with the amount of cars through the drive through I don’t mind stirring my coffee a bit in order to get faster service. This location is right off a busy highway and you may be difficulties getting out crossing traffic during busy times of the day.

Terrible experience. Worst dunkin ive been to. The guy taking our order asked twice what we ordered and then when we got to the window had our order wrong and kept trying to give us other peoples orders. Had a coupon and then after they “took off the coupon” our total was the same as it was before the coupon?? Help me make sense of that. Luckily we dont live in the area and dont have to worry about coming back to this location. Oh and when they gave us our iced coffee they used granulated sugar instead of sugar syrup just gross. Can you guys please train your employees better.

The staff needs training on making lattes. I have tried to order a latte from this location a few times and it is always just a plain coffee with creamer. Attached is a picture of the most recent visit when I ordered a brown butter latte on new years day. No froth or anything like the menu picture. Same thing happened when I ordered the signature toasted white chocolate mocha. It was a plain coffee with creamer added.

I don’t want to be rude, I love this Dunkin. Dunkin’ Donuts is one of the few places I can actually get food from with my allergies. For context I’m allergic to cinnamon. I ordered a drink with no cinnamon in it. But when I got the drink and drank it I tasted cinnamon and my allergy flared up. It doesn’t cause me to go into anaphylactic shock or anything but it does cause severe topical reactions that take medication to get them to go away. If they didn’t have what I ordered I wish they hadn’t swapped it without informing me. Pumpkin spice flavor is great I’m sure but I’m allergic and even though I only took one sip it really affected me. Other than this experience I’ve always had a good time at Dunkin. The food is awesome people are always nice and the drinks are safe. I just wanted to put this here so maybe they pay more attention to it next time because a lot of people are allergic to vanilla or cinnamon or something else. Please ask next time, I would have ordered something else and it would have been awesome <3

Just don’t go to this location. No customer service, place is filthy and nobody cares. I know most places in this industry are lucky to be open at this point, and customers should just be happy that they are even able to be open and staff these god awful places to work at. I mobile ordered 1 turkey sausage wake up wrap, a coffee, bagel bites, and a breakfast taco ahead of time. Employees failed to inform me about them not having breakfast tacos so I went through the drive through thinking I had everything, only to discover I didn’t. I went inside and let them know and they said “oh yeah I forgot to tell you we didn’t have that.” I asked for a refund but they insisted I get something else so I said okay get me another wake up wrap. I waited 15 mins for them to make it because they forgot. Employees in this store were mostly spending their time chatting with each other instead of focusing on their work. I am very disappointed in DD. I will not return to this location and I advise them to hire a new manager since this location is nicely located near downtown Charleston.

Absolutely terrible. I was waiting there with my grandpa waiting to order while I overheard the manager talking to someone on the drive thru with extreme rudeness. Then when she was finished with them she came up to us and when we asked that we wanted to order a dozen donuts, and she said that we should have paid “over there” without even pointing anywhere. Then when we said that was fine we just wanted the donuts she gave us a time of attitude. When we told her we didn’t want any trouble, She claimed we were giving her an extremely hard time and that if we had a problem with their store we could go to the other Dunkin. Then she kicked us out and we never got our food. Complete disrespect by the manager and I will never be getting Dunkin ever again.

Friday Friday
I usually go on weekdays before work and the young ladies are not very friendly. Today (Sunday) I went and the service was very professional and friendly. The staff working this morning was awesome.
