This location is so ghetto and dirty . The bathroom is disgusting and there was no soap so I know employees don’t wash their hands !!!!! The food was garbage and a waste. The outside looks run down and needs to be updated. All the money that store makes and the owner continues to let it look rundown. I would add a drive thru, add more space to the parking lot, update the sign and make it look noticeable and want customers to want to come in and continue to come in. I’m from out of town and I’ll never go back. I hate spending money on food and the food and experience isn’t that great. Don’t come here to waste money

Hate to leave a review but there was no way to contact the management. I have managed a Dunkin before so I can usually tell what goes wrong, especially when the coffee tastes a certain way. Came here asked for a latte with only half a pump of mocha because I am diabetic and can’t have much sugar, but like to treat myself to a coffee every now and again. Watched him put multiple pumps in it after me clarifying and asking if 1/2 a pump wasn’t too much trouble. Then got an iced coffee for my friend. I could tell they didn’t add enough water to the concentrated coffee when they were making the batch. It was dark and tasted like coffee concentrate. There were two gentleman here clearly stoned so I threw the coffee out and didn’t bother to have them get to make them again because it was painfully slow when ordering and waiting for the coffees. Stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledging us. There was no one else on line. We’re driving up rt 9 and going to the next Dunkin’ Donuts in Hyde Park. What a waste of money. If you are going to raise your prices along with the rest of the world, you should be able to offer atleast the quality of product people are ordering and expecting.

Probably the best Dunkin in the Hudson Valley only drag is no Drive Thru Lines can be long at peak times but there quick to move them unless there’s a lot of drink and food orders. The staff year after year are super friendly and even remember your order. Come on in see for yourself even if your just passing by next to plazas filled with your favorite shops if you prefer Starbucks there’s one down the road.

Went in ordered my food. Service was fine but one of the workers was upset because someone stole their money from the tip jar. I felt bad and replaced it, because they were really nice and from what they said it happens all the time. Its a shame.
