Wasn’t that busy. We pulled up to one of the many drive-up kiosks. Pushed the button twice, sat there 10 minutes, and no one would ever even acknowledge we were there or take our order. While they were tending to the drive-thru. It was lined up but they were moving fast. Skip this one. Go across the street to McDonald’s.

App not working, then tried to order at the location kiosk stall number 14 at the Ardmore. Order taker couldn’t hear us through the speaker. Then the card reader at the kiosk not working. Had to walk out and still didn’t understand what we wanted. manager said he wasn’t able to honor anything in the app. Said it was out of their control. Horrible service.

Placed a togo order at the drive thru. All was great, got my order, and the bag was too small for the order. I would like it if your employees would use a larger bag or two bags for an order that was two large sandwiches, two tater totts, and a large onion ring with sauces and such. The bag wouldn’t fold over, and I couldn’t move stuff around as to check my order.

I’ve had a lot of Sonic burgers over the years, while perfectly edible, this one was a huge disappointment and the worst I’ve had. It was over cooked and dry. It seems like they used frozen pre-formed patties. My wife’s burger was the same. The fries were old and tough. The onion rings were soggy and falling apart. There was grease pooling in the bag. The breading of the rings tasted sweet and of vanilla. Not good. You had the best onion rings at one point, Sonic. What happened?
