The food is quite tasty, and there’s plenty of it. The only shortcoming there is the fries…oh, they’re ok when popping got, but quickly loose their attraction with each missing degree of temperature. The drive thru is off-hand, so you better be built like a lowland plains gorilla if you want to be able to pay without de-latching and contributing across the passenger seat. The interior is dated, but serviceable. The staff is friendly, but lacking verbal skills… Still, we’re lucky to have workers at all to serve us nowadays.

Drive thru window is on the passenger side of the car. Very difficult to pay, but luckily the employee was very helpful and made it work. Workout her effort, I would have just ended up parking and going inside to pay.

The worst Carls Jr. location I’ve ever experienced. The drive thru window is on the passenger side of the vehicle, the food is overpriced and there is virtually no parking. I will never visit this location again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I went through the drive-thru, which is unique. Why? The drive-thru window is on the passenger side. You r experienceead that right. So if you don’t have a passenger, they extend a tray to collect payment. In my case, a worker delivered my order to my driver side window. Truly a unique experience.

Had to repeat my order three times… and this was for a single item. And still, my order was prepared incorrectly. I was not given any napkins. Instead, I was given brown z-fold paper towels like you’d find in a bathroom. The drive thru is designed for right hand drive countries. Not coming back.

I had an option to do zero star I would. I will never step foot in Carl’s Jr. ever again. I took my family out for lunch on Sunday. We ordered through the drive thru the lady was nice. She handed our food over and I wanted to make sure our order was correct. As I was doing that I noticed a hair and was grossed out but whatever. It got worse as I was pulling it out a knot of hair just came out. It was touching all the food disgusting. I have never seen anything like that. I went inside the restaurant and showed the lady she said Oh I wonder how the got there. I was so furious!!! I just wanted my money and to get out of there. Never ever will I go here I reached out to corporate and have not heard back from them. Just shows how they don’t care!
