I preordered dinner for the family. My pick up time was a few hours out. Usually this is a problem with all resting. I don’t ever expect my food to be ready the exact minute I picked. Somehow this place nailed it like exactly. And the young lady that gave me my food was so smiley and pleasant. Great service and our food was great. Thank you to all the staff.

I ordered 2 big box meals from KFC for dinner, but the experience was disappointing. Despite the 15-minute drive each way from our location, I picked up the food without checking the bag. However, upon reaching home, I discovered that they had completely forgotten to include the sides for both meals. When I contacted the restaurant, they displayed a lack of sympathy regarding the issue. This oversight and the unsatisfactory customer service left me quite dissatisfied with my KFC experience.

Must depend on who is working at the time as nothing good about the experience and ended up not buying anything. Employees had the attitude that customers were an annoyance and don’t bother us. Price of a bucket is ridiculous now and way too expensive for what you get.

Not your regular KFC. Not sure how they do it, but their crispy chicken is always better than Any KFC. I have family that will drive past fenton kfc to eat in hartland. Side note, the Mac n cheese bowl is yummy.

This is by far the best KFC I have ever been to! All of our food was hot, fresh and fast. The inside dining area was clean, and so were the bathrooms. Employees were very friendly also

They got rid of the ol’ Nashville Hot Littles and then the popcorn chicken. The new nuggets are super small and not very good at all, certainly much worse than the popcorn chicken they apparently replaced. I’m very much displeased with the direction they’re going with their munch.

Where to begin? My family of 5 came today not knowing what to expect. To our surprise, this immaculately clean and organized KFC got even better when we were greeted by Billy, a manager. He was knowledgeable, smart, and very patient and friendly with our children. The food was hot, and delicious. I think they would benefit with a highway billboard or more signs on the road because it’s such a fast highway cars are speeding by and fail to see the location. Will come back soon !

Very disappointed with my experience at this KFC. They messed up my order twice, the lady gave me an attitude like it was my fault and then when I finally got my meal it was overcooked and tasted like a salt lick. I ended up throwing it away. There goes 10 dollars down the drain…

I came into the dining room to eat, and the service was fast and friendly. I got my food quickly, and the 4 piece chicken was 2 different colors. I asked for fresh and the girl stated they were off the same sheet. I told her I wanted lighter newer looking chicken. The girl brought the new chicken to me, but left all of it. I took all of it to my table, and tasted the dark dried out tasteless chicken. It was awful. I then tried the newer looking chicken. It was cooked properly, but was bland and tasteless. They forgot all the herbs and spices . Both were terrible. Then my wife tried the fries. Terrible and bland and cold. Then we tried our mashed potatoes and gravy. Bland and dried out. It’s like this restaurant was never trained on how to properly cook the product. It was awful. Avoid this location until HQ does some emergency training.
