Honestly hit or miss, lately more miss. Went in to grab a slice, and every single one looked like it had been in there for 3 hours and it was full. Looked like they were in no hurry to make fresh slices so I figured I’d try their new bbq brisket sandwich. It is absolutely disgusting. I took one bite of it and threw the rest into the garbage. Honestly think they put about 1 cup of bbq sauce on it.

Messed up my pizza. Asked if they’d deliver a new pizza. they said yes. Then said they’d charge $2. Then said they don’t deliver. Went in and the manager argued with me. Really poor customer service. It’s just a pizza, figured they’d own up to their mistake.

If I could give no stars I would. Came through busy as heck just trying to get snacks and hit the road when Georgia snapped at me all because I wanted cash back. Apparently too lazy to do her job. When I asked the manager if this is the actions they support it was mentioned help was hard to find and that they just need someone. Apparently they don’t care that the customer is the one paying their bills. What a joke of a team.

Other Casey’s seem to have a better quality of care with their baked goods. Ordered donuts for my kids and they didn’t give me what I asked for, and only iced them partially. Got them there because normally Casey’s donuts are better than others. Not this one….

I called to place my order and it all started with 40 seconds of ringing. I hung up and called back. After a few seconds someone answered. Turns out there was about 5-6 people working in the back. I was then told the pizza would take about 20 minutes. We were driving from Sioux Falls and stopped at the gas station before we went home. The cashier asked if I had a pizza and I said yes. When she asked one of the people where the pizza was he responded (with attitude) that they had only gotten that call 4 minutes ago. I checked my watch and it was 2017. I checked to see when I made the call and it was 1958. 19 minutes. The only reason this review is not a 1 star is because the cashier was very polite about it. This Casey’s is literally in my backyard. I’d rather drive to Sioux Falls.

If they have more than 10 pizzas orders then they won’t answer their phones.they have done this to me at least 6 times. tonight I walked in with my phone in my hand ringing their number and asked the cashier what was wrong with their phone..he replied that they were very busy…when I walked in there I was the only one in there and one person at the pumps. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SEViCE……………….

Had this place 6 times for delivered pizza and 4 of them they either forgot the order or was REALLY late for delivery. It’s either you find a new place for delivery or pick it up yourself. Not impressed, you expect food for supper to feed some kids quickly and you end up cooking freezer food

Stop in a least once a week so kid can get a doughnut on the weekends. We love the breakfast burritos, pizza, biscuits and gravy! Nice coffee bar. Nothing beats a good Casey’s pizza for a quick dinner. Our kid loves their bone in buffalo wings too. The staff their are always friendly.

Not a regular customer , but go in from time to time when visiting my Daughter in Harrisburg. The employees weren’t always polite, exception for the Assistant manager. She always seemed to be doing something while others just stood around. Always smiling and acknowledging customers. I was shocked to hear she was let go AND I found this out last week when an employee greeted another customer and said loud enough for myself to hear ” we fired her, you should come back now ” Whatever the reason was, it should have not been put on the loud speaker. From my visits to Caseys, the Assistant seemed to be the only one working hard and caring about a store that needs help with rude employees and a Manager that I always viewed in the office. Caseys in Harrisburg needs help, now that they let go of this young lady. No wonder Caseys has a high turn over percentage. They let go of the ones who work hard and care about the store and keep the ones who just do.
