Excellent pizza. If you like pizza from the 80’s/90’s then you will love this place. You walk in and the the smell of fresh pizza hits you. They make their own dough, use fresh ingredients, and literally make it right in front of you. If you are looking for “cheap” pizza there is always places for that. This is a place to get good fresh pizza.

I visited Pizza Factory for the first time today. I ordered a small, pepperoni pizza for take out. Yesenia was on duty and she was very helpful, kind, and cooked my pizza as I instructed – well done. I paid about $13.00 for the small pizza and felt it was a good price as the pizza had plenty of pepperoni. I plan to visit again.

Worst pizza ever, for the price. I paid big bucks for a large, and got what looks more like a medium. We all burned our mouths from the sauce, which tells me they have the dough sitting out, then pour boiling hot sauce on top, then melt the cheese in the oven. This means the cheese cools down much faster, but take a bite, and the sauce will burn you. After about 15 minutes, the whole pizza turns into flavorless cardboard. That’s fine if it were a $5 cheese pizza, but it’s a $20+ dollar pizza. boneless wings were dry and soggy. Which means they probably don’t use a fryer. It’s probably frozen and then reheated. They had no crunch to them. They also have no clue about the seasoning that goes into the sauce, so hope you don’t have any food allergy because nobody there can tell you what’s in the pizza sauce. To be fair, the staff were friendly and the restrooms were clean. Just too much money without the quality to go with it.

Don’t order for delivery, they use a 3rd party so there no way to track it. They were 40 minutes late, forgot our 2L, forgot the ranch. The pizza would probably be good if I just picked it up myself, but its as if it had been sitting there 2 hours + the calzones were soggy and the pizza crust was very tough. Maria’s excuse is “you’re dealing with a bunch of young people I hope your kids never work for a pizza place”. To top it all off instead of giving us a refund for the missing item they charged us twice.

We had a wonderful experieince here. The manager was very helpful and accomodating. The pizza is the star of the show and was A1. It satisfied my NY tendencies about good pizza – the margherita pizza here is XLINT.

Trid this place when it opened up the pizza was good was going to be my go-to spot but it’s no longer something you can even attempt to do ordering the pizza is 50/50 if you’ll get it. Eventually you will get it the be prepared to wait twice as long as what they tell you it’s very understaffed clearly a poorly run business which is a shame for something that’s brand new you would think the ownership would have more pride and commitment to it
