So disappointing with our dinner tonight. We typically dont come here but, we had a long day of driving and wanted to eat and get home. Everything was old, dried out, wrinkled green beans. Chicken was soggy, to the point that it was a horrible texture, could not eat it. The cabbage was soft. My husband had the 4 smallest pieces of steak, and dried out rice. This was a horrible food experience. To the people that served this to us should be ashamed. Put yourself in your customers shoes and ask yourself,

We went through the drive-through, placed order and told it will be 10 minutes. Then was told to pull in front and they’ll bring it out to us. Had to wait in the handicap parking and 25 minutes later, employee finally came out. Food was good. Not sure what their problem was.

Brittany promised to resolve issue last time I visited here from drive thru a weeks ago. The steak & shrimp bowl i ordered then did not contain any shrimp, just steak & mostly potatoes which I understand is a filler. This time she corrected by serving a free bowl to correct it.
