Been to this location twice now. 1st time had great service, food came out quick and tasted great. I think the servers name was Isaiah, he was super friendly and helpful. 2nd time was on valentines day. Server when I asked how it was going just complained to me about her day for about 5 minutes before letting me order. Order was supposed to take about 20 minutes but took 45. Understandable being valentines day except after being told it was still being prepped, another worker asked what my order number was and found that it was actually done. Once I got home unfortunately it must have been rushed through the oven, as the crust was cooked, but the cheese wasn’t melted at all and the vegetable toppings were basically raw. Had to cook it in our oven at home to finish it off. I do understand that it was a holiday and busy, but I would rather wait longer for a fully cooked dinner than something rushed and not cooked.

Flavor is great ! Veggies are fresh red & white sauce are really tasty which is always important. The is really good .. Been here 4 times wonderful customer service.. The salad bar .. lettuce isn’t that fresh. The dining area is large enough to have your personal space. Music is also very good. Bummer the games don’t always work for the kiddos and Mountain Mikes does not give you the tokens you loose. So your out monies there. Customer service is .

As a pizza lover, Mountain Mike’s makes a decent pizza. I’ve had it a few times in different locations (Sacramento, Santa Rosa) and they were good pizzas. They are a step above “Pizza Guys”, but not as good as a local favorite here in Napa, Ca. “Papa Joe’s”. The toppings were sparce and when you compare prices for the amount of each of the toppings, the local favorite wins. The cheese is good (while it’s hot or warm), but it’s like the difference between (different cheese representation, but similar in style) “American cheese” and real cheddar. The pizza I ordered was “Pikes Peak”, which looked nothing like the photo on the menu (far less toppings), though the delivery time was fairly reasonable, and it arrive between hot and warm. I will say they are further away from me, than “Dominoes”, “Pizza Guys” and a couple of new arrivals in the area, I would consider ordering from “Mountain Mike’s” again if they are having a sale or receive discount coupons in the mail.

The website to order is not intuitive or user friendly. The actual store / restaurant is unimpressive. The salad bar was very uninspired, the beets fizzy/not good. The pizza dessert not good. The pizza OK mainly a bunch of thick dough and cheese. The staff quite good and friendly.

Food is good Pizza is very good lots of fresh toppings more then any of the other pizza places in town that I can think of! Salad bar is fresh and has a lot to offer. I could probably get away with just getting the Salad bar. Instead I ordered all you can eat Salad bar and pizza, make it a late lunch and call it dinner then I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

Went in and ordered two large pizzas. The lady at front desk was really friendly. She was confused on how to work the register , but that is understandable being they just opened. I would give it 5 stars but the wait was horrible . Waited almost an hr to dine in and get the pizzas to our table. It was also freezing inside the restaurant that day. The wait was worth it I guess because the pizza was delicious! I would come like once a week but the price is a bit higer than other pizza places around.

We ordered a large specialty pizza, BBQ wings and garlic sticks. Overall the pizza and BBQ chicken wings were good. The cheese sticks were not as cheesy as they usually are and they were crispy and dry. My kids usually love the garlic sticks because it taste better than a cheese pizza but these garlic sticks weren’t as good as the garlic sticks we get at home from Mountain Mike’s.
