Such speedy service! Wonderful crew on morning and evening shifts. Ive been here at least 8 times since they have open! Ive tried many sandwitches!! The brunchwich is my favorite a long with the ultimate BLT!! I will continue to come to this wonderful location!! The shakes and fries are the bomb!! Literally!! The cake shake is delicious!! The French fries with there garlic aloli sauce is amazing!! A must try people!!

Arrive at store 5 minutes prior to the hour set to pick up through the web site. Told the guys was on online order, said something to me didn’t understand. Wait a couple of minutes and the other guy preparing sandwiches at one end call me and gave me my order.

The food was good as usual for Which Wich locations all over. The rating is so low due to the location and how complicated it was to get there. I don’t go to Texas A&M and just a normal person so it was very inconvenient to try to drive there and find a parking space in the few retail parking spots in the garage that weren’t taken up. I spent the entire time wondering if my car was going to get towed. It benefits the majority of those who walk so they don’t have those issues.

Very friendly, the lady working the counter immediately noticed I’d never been there before and explained the whole process. Normally this is a stressful process, but I had a great first time eating there and the sandwich was delicious. I will be coming back here again for sure.

Usually online ordering is so your food can be ready by the time you get there. I understand if the place is busy, sometimes you gotta wait thats no problem, but when I showed up the place was empty with only one other guy and me in the whole joint. They hadn’t started making my food yet, ordered it online 15 minutes before I arrived.

In my two visits, the system they utilize for taking orders and making sandwiches is not actually faster than my visits to Subway or Potbelly at peak hours. However, customers do get to sit down faster, instead of standing all the way until they have their sandwich. Take your pick. The fact is, Subway and Potbelly are faster because the employees hear the customer say the sandwich out loud– this is a direct relay of information, much faster than the employees searching through the Which Wich paper for check marks. The system is creative, but not actually effective, unless the customer’s priority is to sit down. Perhaps this is the intention of Which Wich. The sandwiches are delicious, albeit pricey for the amount of food. I think, in order to earn my respect, Which Wich needs to find a way to lower prices just a little, and shave a little bit off of that wait time. As I sit in here, typing this review, there is a 5 minute line to hand in the paper order, at which point some of these customers may wait 15 minutes for their name to be called.

This is probably the best Which Wich I’ve ever been to! Every time I have gone, they were always super fast and the food was excellent. Also, the staff is very nice & friendly. Overall, this is a great place to grab a bite, and I will definitely be going back here for years to come!

I went on the second day and waited 45 minutes for my sandwich and I still had twenty ahead of me. I don’t know what was going on. It would have been faster for me to drive to the nearest one in Houston and come back by the time I would have gotten my sandwich. I asked for a refund and left. Avoid until they figure out how to run efficiently.
