Had not had a quality bowl of ramen since the pandemic. Still have not. They passed off standard thin spaghetti mixed with boiled chicken and a standard spring mix as ramen. The “special” tempura shrimp was more akin to something bland from Popeyes. Couldn’t even get through a quarter of it before i quit. The beer was cold. Should have ordered the sushi I guess

My parents and I have been customers since Miyako Sushi opened. Their food is delicious and this half-Japanese girl can attest to the authenticity of their cuisine. Yesterday they got the order wrong, it was missing two items, and I called irately to get the rest of the order delivered, which I was not proud of – hunger pains were my only defense – but still not my best moment. Not only was the order delivered promptly, but they gave me duplicates of the entire order with no charge! They went above and beyond to correct this issue and I truly appreciate it. Also, this is the only Japanese restaurant in the area that I know of that offers brown rice, which I prefer as it is healthier. To the entire staff there – thank you for your kindness. I continue to be a satisfied customer.

I found a fingernail in my DoorDash order (Pink Panther roll). I called the restaurant, and they (first person and a manager) said it couldn’t have been them because they all wear gloves. They then blamed the DoorDash driver, or the company who sends them fish and/or lobster salad. Gross!

Food took forever. when my food arrived it wasn’t correct. I had the house fried rice. No pork. Well I received mushy rice with 3 shrimp no chicken or pork. Will never eat here again. It was the worse service and food . 3/3/23

Great for delivery orders because that’s all they focus on. 1st time I tried dining in I waited for 20 minutes to get greeted while they were super distracted with door dash. Just tried to order take out and literally stood there in front of the register for 10 minutes and no one even said hello, again too busy with grub hub and door dash. Highly disappointed, used to love this place.

I got it door dashed to me. I had about 10 orders and I asked them if they could separate them all and label them and they did!! They are nice and went out of their way to accommodate me. The sushi is so fresh and creamy and there is so many varieties!… I’ve had 6 different rolls so far and I have love every single one!
