I ordered an item that was supposed to have a double portion of chicken on it because I wanted a higher protein meal and only received around 2oz of dry old chicken which was pretty disappointing. The flavors were decent which is the only reason I gave 2 star rating instead of one star.

This location is incapable of getting a salad correct. I order on doordash all the time and am constantly having to contact support because they messed it up. Twice they didn’t add the meat/chicken completely. One time no dressing. There’s always something – no bread, missing ingredients. I like the salads (been eating Sweetgreen for years in Boston and SF) which is why I keep ordering but they need to get on top of it. I’ve worked in food service. The staff needs to read the tickets more carefully and quality check the orders.

I ordered sweetgreen for the first time today and was not impressed. My salad was missing a “premium” ingredient. The lack of that ingredient made my salad significantly less substantial. There were also random pieces of other ingredients I didn’t order – a random apple, for example. I don’t mind that too much, and understand the concept of cross contamination, but it was excessive. I will give them another shot but I really have a hard time when what is marketed as a quick easy takeout experience turns into my order being wrong and ruining my meal.

Love my sweetgreen location so much! Always fresh inside and inviting staff. It is in cherry creek so be prepared to wait a little (normal amount for a popular place that is also filling out online orders). Never had an issue with one of my salads from this location.
