When they first/ open this location in my neighborhood I was excited. But baby after only 4 years it has become my worst location. Went for breakfast on Sunday morning. Place was full of employees very few customers. So I’m thinking it’s going to be quick. Immediately after placing our order my son’s steak arrived solo. Then 10 minutes later my eggs and hash browns. 10 minutes later my son’s eggs then he was told his waffle is coming which I ordered as well my waffle came was gummy like playdoh. Then eventually his waffle arrived. I mentioned that I ordered sausage patties. She Immediately calls out 2 sausage pattie. And returned Immediately with 2 hockey putts. I’m done I will never eat here again. The back line for cooking was nasty as hell especially the waffle iron area. The meat cooler was wide open bacon hanging out stacks of it sausage and Steaks. It was just a mess. Too many folks behind the counter and not enough experience help.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was terrible, asked for the basics (butter&syrup) for my waffle four times and my drink to be refilled. No chilli on my fully loaded hash browns. Order was absolutely completely wrong. Then when I didn’t tip I was the “bad guy” because the tip wasn’t deserved. And the food was terrible. More than ever. Definitely not going back and going to corporate. It was the six am shift on a Sunday. Disgusted.

I just stopped by this Waffle House to get dinner. There were 2 other tables who were finishing their meal, so they were not busy. There were 5 staff members standing around chatting. I sat for 15 minutes and not one person would even look at me. I was the only customer there at this point. The staff kept walking by me, refusing to even look at me. I finally got up and left. Shame on them. I normally am welcomed warmly, the staff working should be spoken to.

I’m a white man since birth I can’t change that! So I walked in and the cashier ain’t speak to me (ok cool) but then a couple a black man and a black woman walked in and she spoke to them) ok. So I placed my to go order. The cook wasn’t around. Then the black couple ordered. Then the cook came back and I heard the cashier tell her the black couple order first then mine. Also I had ordered a grits bowl. The black couple had ordered two bowls and a side of cheese grits well the black couple got their food and I still had to wait for my stuff. I asked for my money back if y’all want to hire black people that don’t want to serve white people put it on the door and I’m going to tell you as a white man I ain’t coming in there cuz I’ll act the fool and then y’all will think it’s cuz I’m white and i don’t like blacks.

I bought 2 burgers bye themselves ,I they charged me $19.20. The lady felt I was supposed to give her tip without permission. Especially if it’s to go I was going to them for the past 5days won’t be going there no more ,lost a customer for grabbing tip without permission Especially if I work hard for my money. Not to give it away cuz you just took my order!! Would give it a zero star if possible.

First time at the new location. Ms Aaron was our server sweet, kind, fast and efficient. I watched Ms Sylvia bag orders while greeting customers and ensuring they checked their orders to make sure it was correct. Ms Lisa was running the register and just smiled away. I was addressed entering and leaving the restaurant even with their backs turnt making or plating orders customer were still addressed. Food was good and hot. Hope this location maintains it’s up keep and positive reviews

So, we’ve been here regular for 9 months. Mostly for convenience. First 3 visits were awful service and dirty. Morning shift is okay. Night time shift the other night made us wait over 50 minutes! But overall decent. The team in the morning, especially the new hires are talkative and sweet. But cant be tipped! So wrong.

Terrible service no greeting from any staff. Waiter needs to be retrained. Literally turned loud music on her phone and placed it on the bar while taking customers orders. Ceilings leaking water all over the bar.
