Had ordered orange chicken (no spicy) with white rice, the kid who took the order on the phone even repeated it back to us correctly. Picked up the order and when we got home realized that they had the order wrong when I saw fried rice. I thought no big deal they just got the rice part wrong. I took a bite of the chicken and it was spicy. Tried calling them right away to tell them about it and it was weird because all we got was a dial tone as if someone unplugged the phone. We tried multiple times thinking it might have just been an error on our end. Called again today and the phone line worked and somebody answered…a woman answered this time and said she wouldn’t replace the wrong item unless we brought it back. I did not save it and threw it away because you’re not supposed to take food back like that after being touched due to health reasons, most especially during COVID times. I’m actually quite surprised they handled this the way they did because for the past two years we’ve been regular customers who are always buying $30+ worth of food from them and we’ve never had a problem before.
