The man who topped our sandwiches – older, facial hair – was maybe the rudest person I’ve encountered in a LONG time. He rolled his eyes after my Hard of Hearing mother asked him politely to repeat himself once, then spoke to her as if she were dumb for the rest of their exchange. He also was INCREDIBLY rude to my husband, who can’t eat specific toppings due to his chemo medication. The man kept demanding that he list the toppings he didn’t want instead of what he did and kept rushing him as if he had a million orders behind us (we were literally the only people in the store), and then mocked him for getting confused (because who the hell orders sandwich toppings by saying what you don’t want?) “oh so you DO want the tomatoes now, OKAY”. And then I asked for four simple toppings, succinctly, and avoided the mockery, but then he didn’t even get all four things I asked for on the sandwich. Based on my reading of other reviews, this dude seems to be the manager? Seems like he barely can manage his own emotions, he probably shouldn’t be running a store in any capacity.

The website removed toppings on one of my sandwiches when I simply changed sizes and I didn’t notice. Then the order we got which should have had only “regular” horseradish aioli was SMOTHERED in it to the extent that we had to open up the sandwich and let excess drip off to make it somewhat edible. It was then that we also noticed the toppings that we requested were in part missing or absent. The parts that were there showed a lack of understanding on how to dress a sandwich to begin with or was the result of a rush or laziness. To pay $40 for 3 junk sandwiches is absurd. At that rate we’d be happier making our own. This was supposed to be a treat and was a spoiled experience.

MOLDED FOOD! Per usual, the food did taste great and was made well…however, when I took my [now] last bite, there was mold on the tomato. This is unacceptable and dangerous. Be more aware of what you’re serving customers!

Manager very rude, he does not listen, just keeps on repeating what he has to say like a parrot/ Robot. I placed multiple orders for our Employees, total order value of $568.87 plus few more separate orders. There was 1 order that got picked by an expired CC, so I called the store and asked this manager to cancel it and told him I will place a new order with the right card, that order was for $68.87. When we got there he gave us 7 boxes instead of 8, I repeatedly requested him to look at my receipts & orders on my potbelly app, and he continued repeating his script, saying “ you cancelled 1 order and we refunded you” over and over again. . So now I have paid them for an order that was never given to me. I have attached pictures, you will see that, I have 4 orders of “box o sandwiches for 10” & 4 orders of “ small bundle of 6”. Also attached are 2 receipts of the canceled order ( transaction number circled). I tried calling the number on their website but there are no live agents for customer service.

Ordered a Powerhouse salad and these pics show a lot of shredded iceberg lettuce garbage. This is advertised as mixed field greens and there is zero nutrition in iceberg lettuce. I don’t pay $8.20 for this poor quality salad. If they ran out of field greens they should have called and asked if I wanted to substitute or changed my order.
