They don’t list prices of a la carte items on the menu so didn’t realize I was paying $6.29 for 3 skimpy chicken tenders and nothing else. Tried to submit feedback on their website, which was impossible. On mobile, could not select a city or restaurant (drop down menu listed no options in the state of Texas). Desktop page had 404 error lol did not even exist. KFC should’ve died off by now, kinda crazy.

Left me sitting at the box with zero customers inside or outside. Guy with an attitude told me one moment at the box. As I’m I pulled up to leave minutes later to a guy with long hair playing on his phone. Great customer service. I took my business elsewhere. I don’t expect much at a fast food place but between waiting and the attitude I expect a little more then that.

This is not on the poor understaffed people working there. Clearly it’s a management issue that this location never has what I order on hand and what they do have you wait at least 30 minutes to get it. Absolutely awful staffing planning. Hire more people and pay them and maybe this place can run better.

We hadn’t ordered from KFC in many, many years because we much prefer Popeyes BUT we were curious about the KFC sandwich. Okay, it may not be a Popeyes chicken sandwich but It. Was. GOOD. We have since ordered several times in the past month or so. Their tenders with mashed potatoes are great. They can keep their bone I chicken though. It is wack. Special kudos to the location in Old Pearland for safety sealing the drinks & providing wet wipes!

Food is good. I drive over here specifically for the chicken sandwich and everytime I order it here it feels like they are trying to discourage me from ordering it. In top of that about 50% of the time I am told they are out of the item.

We had not purchased a bucket at KFC’s in a while & now I remember why. The breading on the original was falling off the abnormally large bionic breasts, and it just didn’t look appealing. We ate a piece and then donated the rest to a large family we knew liked it.
