Sat in line for 25 min. Which I understand things are slower then they use to be especially with being understaffed. The gentleman that took my order was very professional and nice. But the Mac and cheese was cold and I got about 2.5 pieces of chicken on my quesadilla. Nothing more frustrating then a disappointing quesadilla! Got 3- quesadilla meals and chicken nugget meal.

Out of diet drinks. Food cold and not even ready at the window although there were very few customers. Dirty, grass looked like it was never cut. Trash in parking lot. Taco not even wrapped and napkins wadded up and torn. Will never go back!!

We were picking up for someone else. This is a Taco bell / KFC you can get both of one type at the same time. The girl was great working there I didn’t get her name. She was very good at what she does. And friendly & sweet it was clean that’s a plus. There was one family in there staying. And another one picking up like us. I have been there for Taco bell it’s good we were picking up KFC for a 92 year old man. It wasn’t busy at all at 5:30pm

This place is awful. You couldn’t find a worse taco bell or KFC if you tried. They need to be shut down. No other store in the area struggles like they do. They all looked high ok drugs and do NOT care if people are waiting for OVER 30 minutes. For THREE tacos?!?!?! They need to share the crack they’re smoking! This is PATHETIC!

Waited in line almost 30 min with only 3 cars ahead of me. Got to the window to finally see what the hold up was. I thought they may have been short staffed. I was wrong, everyone working inside was laughing and joking around amongst eachother having a great time! Must have been a good conversation too. She forgot my fries and gave me a hot soda with no ice. People moaned and complained until they got $15 an hour and still can’t don’t want to do thier job.

I ordered regular tacos and I thought tacos came with meat. I received a shell with a teaspoon of lettuce and a teaspoon of maybe meat. I’m done with taco bell. I gave two stars because the customer service was ok.
