We were seated and served quickly and everyone we encountered had a smile on their face. Food was delicious and of course cooked to perfection! We had the lovers set with 3 meats and 4 sides plus 2 servings of rice, plus the bao trio appetizer and fried Oreo dessert and we both walked away STUFFED!

Great experience due to Google Maps not having the correct hours of operation the restaurant was closed but the Owner and Chef said we can stay and eat since we drove an hour to come to the establishment. Great service, Great food, Again the Food was amazing. We will return for date night.

Let me start by saying that the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I don’t want to talk trash about this restaurant; I just want to tell everyone about my first experience at Le Saigon and why I will not be returning. Here is where I had problems: They charge 18% gratuity for using the grill. This does not make any sense to me. It is a Korean barbeque. That is like charging 18% gratuity for going to a steakhouse and ordering a steak or charging 18% gratuity for going to a hibachi and ordering hibachi. So of course when I received my bill I was stunned. Also, my son ordered a smoothie, took three sips out of it and said he didn’t like it, so we ordered something else. They wouldn’t take it off the bill because he drank out of it and it was already made. I tried the drink myself and it tasted like strawberry flavored ice. What happened to customer satisfaction? They didn’t seem to be hurting for buisness, so I am surprised that they couldn’t take off a $6.95 smoothie. I could understand if I had ordered something that was really expensive, but it was just a drink. Just a warning if you order it, you are paying for it regardless of liking it or not. The last thing is the owner kept telling us how to cook the food on the grill. One time is fine, but she kept coming back and even started cooking it for us. She did this to my table and my sister’s table. It was really awkward and uncomfortable. When we left the first words out of my sister’s mouth was that she was never coming back. Again the food was good and waitstaff was friendly , but I don’t agree with some of the managerial practices.

Coming from the Metairie area and trying to find new restaurants to replace our favorite spots there, we decided to give this place a try. Food was EXCELLENT!! Staff was extremely pleasant and the atmosphere was happy. The owner even approached our table and gave us suggestions and seemed eager to share her knowledge and love for food. Will most definitely make it there often ☺️

Really good Korean BBQ dinner last night with the wife. Wrapping up our month long visit in the greater Hammond/Ponchatoula area and just wish we would have found Le Siagon sooner. We’ll definitely return when we return for our #Winter2025 stay.

I passed by this place thinking it was new only to find out that it is in a new location and much more elegant than I was expecting. Patrick greeted us at the door and sat us at the grill table. He quickly became our server also. His insight was much appreciated as we had no idea what we were getting into. We ordered several appetizers and the grill meal for two which we were pleasantly at how much food was brought out. We listened to his recommendation for how to go about grilling and we were satisfied. The bubble Almond milk tea was really good and so are the spring rolls. Those stood out more than the rest. There is so many options to choose from that you could go back many times before you could ever taste everything. I highly recommend this for a date night or small gathering of friends. The place was packed with a line of people waiting to get a table.
