Poor quality, increased prices from advertised. -We picked up the mucho nachos to split between office staff. Have had it several times. Never looked like this. Soggy chips, tasted and looked like canned tomatoes poured over everything and bland taste. The salsa was on the side -paid $3 for that. Had always came with olive, onion, fresh tomato, jalapeños and melted cheese. Chips were crispy-not the soggy mess here. Price for the mucho nachos was $3 more than 2 weeks earlier. Paid $5 for that little dressing size guacamole-that didn’t come with the chips. Was told that I had to say I also wanted chips to get them. I called to speak with the manager and of course was told that he was busy- pretty rudely. I did not get a call back so here is the review I would have told the manager. Won’t be going back and we were loyal customers.

The food is pretty mediocre and bland. The portion sizes are nothing to get excited about especially with the prices. This was my first time here, but the person I had been with had been multiple times and said that the prices went up and the quality has declined sharply. It sure if there has been any changes happening. It’s counter order with delivery to your table. The person taking orders wasn’t super pleasant or welcoming and don’t answer questions about the menu well.

Love this venue♥️ Homemade food, fast, friendly service. Puppet theme decor fascinating & fun. Adequate parking places. Enjoyed a nice beef tostada lunch. Next trip I’ll try one of their ice cream cones for dessert.

Very disappointed in the food. The meat was dry and the cheese was too chewy. The cheese around the edges of the food were stuck to the plate. The so called salsa was like week ketchup. It was also too pricey. The service was great!

I stopped here with my grandkids for lunch, after not having visited for quite some time. I ordered hard tacos, the boys got soft, and we all ordered drinks. They set our drinks up, I asked for a straw but was denied. They only give straws to kids and to-go customers. I dealt with it. Our food came out fast. The boys’ tacos were a little on the tough side, they ultimately dumped them out and ate them like salads. The following goes for all of us; while the tacos are huge, the meat has very little flavor. I added what I thought was hot sauce or taco sauce, but that tasted like tomato juice. Definitely not what it used to be.

60 bucks for food I could have made better at home 6 bucks for chips and cheese that is literally just chips microwaved with shredded cheese on them then got a small combo so much lettuce and tomatoes couldn’t even find where one part started and another ended so just ended up stirring it all together because it was just soggy and fell apart. No queso no sour cream no salsa what the heck. Meat tasted unseasoned and dry. Definitely will not go back.
