Dunkin’ Donuts is the only place to get Real Dunkin’ Donuts. We went on the tour of the local factory where their made…. the smell was beyond incredible. We were there for 2 hours and ate so many fresh donuts. Picked the em right off the cooling tray…..quality control is first rate.

I used to go every morning for my Iced coffee. I occasionaly got a bad tasting, sour rancid cup, but blew it off until it was getting more and more frequent. After a couple months,I gave it another shot, and it is still gross and undrinkable.

Ordered food and one of the bagels had one side cooked but it was burnt and the other half wasn’t even cooked. They didn’t give us our coffee that we ordered at first. And when we took a sip of our coffee we realized that the sugar wasn’t even dissolved so I was drinking straight sugar. The donut I also ordered was just thrown in a bag and they didn’t even give it to us at first also it was a little stale. I also asked for extra cheese on my bacon egg and cheese croissant and they didn’t put it on there. Yesterday when I got the same thing they never put cheese on it which is why I asked for extra cheese today and they didn’t do that. The tater tots we extremely soggy. It wasn’t the dashers fault, she was extremely nice and offered to go back to get our order fixed but I didn’t want to make it her fault when it’s the restaurant’s fault. I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied with this restaurant.
