Ordered a veggie sampler with corn, mashed potatoes and Ceasar salad. They didn’t have a salad so they sent me a second side of fake, powder based potatoes. Terrible. Happy father’s day to me. Also didn’t give me gravy for my meatloaf. Saugus Boston Market is awful.

This place smelled horrible and looked very run down. However, I gave it a chance and ordered a quarter white with mashed potatoes and corn. Simple order. I took three bites and determined it was inedible. It tasted old and/or reheated and I was honestly worried about getting sick. Hard pass!

I’m told this place used to be great. However, today, about half the menu items were unavailable, and the food was barely warm. That said, the food was tasty enough. It has the feeling of a restaurant that is taking its last breath before fading into history. Sad, because it’s a good concept and the full menu, if available, sounds interesting.

Horrible service and food. Had to throw it away after 2 bites. Potatoes and corn had no flavor. Management could have cared less about being there and the young kid behind the counter didn’t even think to ask of they had more food once he ran out of something. Oh and they only had chicken tonight.

Talk bout unhappy ..felt very uncomfortable ordering ..The big guy who was in charge didnt seem very happy bout helping me! More like bothered n the sides didn’t look so fresh but I was already in there.. the menu up top had paper stuck to it..cause they obviously don’t have items. The younger kid just looked intimidated..was very sad place! It used to be way more welcoming & had everything & fresh! Haven’t been in years tho… just sad

Place has really gone downhill. Havent been in years but decided to go. Staff was awesome and friendly but food was awful. Got the meatloaf with side mac and cheese and sweet potatoes casserole. Meatloaf was flavorless and had weird texture. Mac and cheese was also flavorless. Sweet potatoe casserole was overly sweet and tasted like pure sugar. Tried the lemonade out of the minute maid machine and it tasted like dirty water. Then got Sprite and that was also empty and tasted like soda water. Only good thing about experience was the corn bread and friendly staff. Will never be back. Spent $13 and some change and left horribly disappointed and wish I had spent my $13 elsewhere.

Boston Market is the best fast food around the city. it’s a quick stop in with a great selection of thanksgiving styled meals that are very filling. Highly recommend the mashed sweet potato dish topped with baked marshmallow, cinnamon, etc delicious spices; combined to be great mashed potatoes like a dessert. Highly recommend the turkey with gravy and also try the regular mashed potato as well! great place, friendly staff, amazing food
