We are a small, neighborhood restaurant located on North Ave next to Texas Roadhouse. At our core, Koi Ramen & Sushi is a ramen & sushi place serving our take on traditional Japanese staples. We use authentic and traditional ideas to create our new-style take on ramen & sushi. Additionally, we serve a menu of small, Asian-influenced dishes. Our rotating menu is built around the highest quality, custom-made noodles, responsibly raised meat, fish and eggs, seasonal produce and long-simmered broths. Our yakitori grilled over a charcoal fire, is a Japanese type of skewered meats, seafood or veggie, cooked using step-by-step methods.

Decent food for a decent price considering that it is sushi. The food that we ordered was fairly well done, however we did get a roll that was not what we ordered. That roll wasn’t all that great so we ended up not eating most of it but that could’ve been because it wasn’t what we liked. After telling multiple staff members that it wasn’t what we ordered they did take it off our bill. Overall nothing to write home about but we are glad we gave it a try.

We came here for a birthday dinner with no reservation. When I requested a table for 8, the staff immediately pushed together tables to accommodate us which was fantastic! We had 2 children with us and were provided a high chair. Throughout our meal our wait staff was incredibly attentive.

I love the veggie Ramen here and the brown sugar milk tea with boba is delicious too. They make a great broth, go for the spicy if you like a little kick. They absolutely nail the soft boiled egg every time I’ve gone. Noodles are tasty. I haven’t tried their sushi but I’m sure it’s delicious, I just can’t help but to get the Ramen each time I’ve gone in.
