I ordered on UberEats, but the BOB Deluxe is delicious and enough for TWO people! I also ordered the PB & Currant, and Waffle Me Strawberry. I will need to wait until my tummy isn’t full to review those!

We ordered a chicken and waffles and Waffle Me Bananas. Likely the most disappointing chicken and waffles I have ever had. My chicken and waffles was $16.50 but included a waffle the size of your palm and, I say this with no exaggeration, a chicken nugget cut in half. The waffle Me bananas, was also a waffle the size of year Palm and was about $10. Easily the worst waffle experience I have ever. Additionally, I had to wait almost 20 minutes for both these orders, and there was no one else waiting.

The chicken and waffles wasn’t made as expected. Not only was the chicken raw but the staff couldn’t make the gravy correct. Did not compare to the numerous other times I had flawless service.

This place has fantastic food. Their waffles are way better than Waffle Love. The Chicken Waffle has amazing gravy and absolutely hits the right balance of savory/sweet. The Bob Deluxe is another favorite that’s lighter, but no less delicious.

Why we won’t be going back. This was our first time there, and we even told the young lady. She offered a couple of suggestions and we listen and ordered. My wife is a vegan and I am not,. The food we ordered was very good. we had the Bob’s deluxe breakfast, Now after we order and it came to the bill it asked us for a tip. I must be from the generation wait to tip for the service we got. The young lady told us to help ourselves to everything. We got our own silverware, we had to get our first coffees, we did not know where the napkins were. And to top it off they ran out of coffee after the first cup, “It will be 10 min for the freash coffee to be made”. Okay, we when it was done did they not bring it out to us? No, some other lady came and said it was done…do it yourself, I don’t mind paying a tip, in fact I love to, but why if service is not personable am I paying it?

Went there today with my kiddos and really enjoyed it. The guys working were super friendly and inviting. One thing I’m not too crazy about with BFC is that typically the staff isn’t overly friendly, more masked-up and stand offish vibes. Was pleasantly surprised at the customer service from Waffle Me Up; they were even friendly and engaging with my children, which says a lot about the family friendly atmosphere they’re trying to create. We got 3 waffles, all were super good. 2 sweet and 1 savory waffle- good portions- big but not so full you feel gross after eating big. Would definitely go back.

First off, it’s a shared facility with Boise Fry Co, located in an industrial feeling building, kinda reminded me of an unused auto repair building. The floors hadn’t been cleaned, the coffee was self serve hot pots with the trash can for disposing empty sugar packets and individual creamer container were on the other side seating area. When the young lady brought our waffles, she asked if we had silverware, which was behind the counter. Now, the waffles themselves weren’t bad, and the young lady did her best. We were only 2 of the 4 people enjoying the “ambiance”. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

The actual waffles are absolutely delicious, but the place is filthy. The workers were rolling silverware while three tables of people came in and had to wipe down their own tables. They were also out of the toppings for a waffle that I ordered, which if they told me before instead of bringing it and hoping I didn’t notice, it would have been fine. Overall I’m not sure I’ll be back just because of how dirty it was.
