Wanted give the baby a great last day before school year starts and most of the toys we not operating but we made do. The last straw was when 2 grown women were beating on another woman right in the middle of the toys. It tool the customers to intervene. That was it. I was sick that it happened right there with kids watching.

Had my sons 2nd birthday party here today. Our party hosts was absolutely wonderful! She always had a smile on her face, explained everything to expect with the party, made sure everything was taken care of and made the party as stress free as possible! It’s not easy to manage a party for a 2 year old but, she did amazing! This is the first time I’ve had a party at Chuck-e-cheese and definitely not the last time! The GM was wonderful as well, very polite and kind. The team there is amazing and I think they definitely should be recognized for how amazing they really are! Everyone had a great time at the party. Thank y’all for such a wonderful experience!

My granddaughter had a wonderful 3rd birthday, and the staff were great! We only go for special occasions, maybe 3 time in my 50 years because of the prices and the pizza isn’t all that great. But as you probably already know, kids don’t really care how the pizza taste, when they can play all they want, and eat cake and icecream! Lol

Had my Beautiful granddaughter 1st Birthday Party at Chuck E. Cheese. They had decorations, but we were allow to bring in and do our own decorations. Being that we were going for Minnie Mouse. The employees were nice and very helpful. The Manager, who I spoke with was very professional,kind snd answer any questions or concerns I had. She made sure our tables was available on time. Thanks Chuck E. Cheese, You Guys Rock!!!

My kids were very disappointed for there first time ever going to a chuckle cheese, very expensive for the little bit of food we got! Most of the games were out of order. Will never go back.

Chuck e Cheese is just not what it use to be. The games at this location were very limited if not mostly not working and out of order, I guesstimate around 50% of them “worked”.
