Clear and Simple. The items are overpriced and very poor quality. The operation is managed very poorly and could be unsafe to eat. I went ahead and returned my order and asked for a refund. The employees provided the refund without an issue and honestly are NOT at fault. The piss poor pay, low quality ingredients, and lack of business structure is the issue. Look for local establishments and support the community. Mandy’s is nearby and provides a much better experience along with SAFE food.

We got here at 8:55 and went in. The gentleman takeing our order was polite and not if he was impatient with the lateness of our arrival he didn’t show it. The ice cream was amazing as usual.

Just passing through the brownsberg area and ordered a large mint oreo blizzard.! There was no mint flavor at all I askd 3 times and she assured me there was and the blizzard wasnt even a slight green from the mint syrup. So I brushed it off and got a little down the road and low and behold there was some powdered remnace of what may have been possibly a corner of one complete cookie. This store is sorry!! and I thought the Indians that run the dqs where I’m from were stingy you’d be better off going to mcdonalds getting a mcflurry and waaaay cheaper .not to mention even McDonald’s has some standards

The Training of your Staff is Key in Customer Loyalty. Service Skills need to be A Priority in Retention of both your Employees and your Paying Customers. Just good Business. I keep getting overcharged here. They really don’t seem to be very respectful. You are NOT doing people a favor by working your job. I drive to Clermont now to avoid this rude crew. Overcharging and dismally average food. There are so Many Choices in the Area for Icy Dreams…stear clear of this joint.
