I have become hopelessly addicted to this food! No matter what I have ordered, it is always excellent. There is no skimping on quality ingredients and the proportions are HUGE! We are used to putting away a lot of food in our house, and one nacho tray feeds 2-3 of us. I cannot get that ratio from any other type of take out. And let’s talk about the gigantic scones they just added. They are the best I have ever tasted! Of course, the container of honey butter just adds to the crispy deep-fried perfection. I have never waited longer than a few minutes for my order and appreciate the cheerful smiles from everyone who works there!

Food is delicious! Have tasted almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed. Best Mexican food around! This is a food truck but they have tables and benches set up if you want to eat there or grab and go.

My family and I were absolutely famished, we saw the stellar reviews for the food at El Pancho and decided to give it a try. We ordered the burritos and let me say, they were the best burritos we have ever munched on in our lives. There was a flavor explosion in my mouth. Being from Chicago we have had our fair share of Mexican food, but this was otherworldly. I am deeply saddened I probably won’t experience this again, but I am glad I got to experience this in my lifetime even once. I highly recommend, run don’t walk to El Pancho.

Best tacos I have ever had but good luck after 3:00 p.m. or on weekends. google says it is open till 8:30pm today on taco Tuesday, but when I go by where they park the trailer is always gone after I get off work at 5:00pm. It really screws up your day when you can’t get a delicious Taco after work on your way home. I really wish they would have more consistent hours of operation instead of taking off whenever.
