Gave them 2 chances and disappointed both times. Placed online order and drove over 20 mins to get there and workers were just standing there, didn’t have any other orders, not helping any other customers. Told them I had an online order and they grab the receipt and THEN start making it on 2 separate occasions. If they were busy helping other customers, I’d understand. But they weren’t. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t even start the order before you get there?

Just ordered from the WATTERS CREEK location. I have never had Snappy Salads but will be often now. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The greens are so fresh and everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend. INFACT SO GOOD I had to stop eating and make this review.

Ordered from this location via DoorDash and got the Go Go Steak wrap. It arrived and is ridiculously small. It looks like a $0.99 burrito from Taco Bell. Can’t believe they charge $10 for how little food is in this meal. I will not be ordering from this place again.

I ordered grilled chicken on my salad to be delivered. They put breaded chicken on my salad. I have an allergy to wheat and specified this. I called and they resent the correct order. It came again with breaded chicken. I’m thinking they don’t know the difference from grilled/breaded. I do NOT recommend eating here.

Walked in at 7:50 to order a salad to go and I was refused service. The lady behind the counter refused me service saying they were “not taking any more orders”, which I found mind boggling and there was a lady at the cashier who had just ordered and was paying. Also, all the food was still out. I mean you don’t close till 8pm, and it was 7:50. That’s 10 minutes. You guys should lock the door if you’re going to not making any more orders after 7:50. I will not be back to this location.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this place. They mess up my order more often than not. The two times I have ordered a kids salad for my son, including today, which says comes with grilled chicken, it has come with none. The icing on the cake is that my order today, for my create your own salad, came with a metal staple in it! I understand that EVERYWHERE is short staffed right now, but there’s no excuse for this.
