Lowered expectations. You already don’t expect a lot if you’re ordering Little Caesar’s but this location lowers the bar. Don’t expect service, food quality or the obligatory “hot and ready” menu, that’s just a suggestion for this franchise. They don’t open the drive thru, don’t answer the phone for orders and treat you like a problem if you have the audacity to ask what’s available per the advertised menu to avoid long wait times in store. There’s a reason this is the only one in town and I haven’t been there for more than a year. Spend the extra $5 and get something better, ANYTHING from anywhere else is better.

The entire time you are inside the store, music is blaring at the maximum level and employees are too busy yelling at each other to acknowledge customers. It’s also probably hard for them to hear with the music so loud. Waited to simply order for 15mins just standing inside and saw 3 different employees come out of the break room at one time while there were only 2 others in the back actually working. The customer service is just absolute trash. I really hope you guys read your reviews. It’s very hard to find a good one.

I wasn’t to impressed. I called to place a order and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so I was caught by surprise when I got there and none of the employees had and idea what I ordered so I had to reorder and wait another 15 minutes but don’t get me wrong I don’t really mind waiting a little longer but I was confused and frustrated that they had no clue what I ordered by phone when I got there and no one had any idea what I ordered and had to reorder honestly I was more confused. The employees don’t seem to be the smartest group there. Was really excited to try the pretzel crust a family member was bragging about but honestly I found it disgusting and disappointing. I did like the crazy bread though. I really don’t picture me ordering from there again. One last thing the white guy there that looks like he was stoned kept yelling stuff at his co-workers and put on some music that wasn’t appropriate for that type of establishment.

Didn’t give me the right pizzas and the wait time for 2 pizzas was over an hour. Service sucked literally was a line for 20 minutes with all the employees in the back. The cashier messed up someone’s change too. Going to go across the street to pizza hut or Pappa John’s next time.

I usually go NUTS over literally anything from little Caesar’s I absolutely love it. But tonight when my bf and I went our pizza was borderline over cooked (I’m obviously still gonna eat it because it’s not charred) and the crazy bread is flat and like “dense”? I don’t know what other word to use. Not to mention the drive thru lady was rude. I’m still gonna go back because I get everyone has bad days and the food probably just sat in the warmer for too long but there definitely could’ve been measures taken to avoid all of it.

In my last couple dozen visits, I’ve waited 5-30 minutes for 1-2 “hot and ready”pepperoni pizzas. Not once in 3 years have they had a pepperoni pizza ready. I’ve decided that if I’m gonna wait for a pizza I’ll get one from somewhere good.

Service is…different/not great, pizza is never “hot and ready”, the bank for your Buck price to taste is but overall frustrating showing up and pizza isn’t ready on top of customer service being poor!

Always in a hurry to close the store. Refusal to make any pizza to order within an hour of them closing, staff is rude when you order just always an overall bad experience and the employees always have nasty attitudes. If you can just go to any other pizza place.
