We ordered a supreme pizza, we left and opened the box to see it was a calzone, so we drove back and reordered a supreme pizza. They gave us a calzone again. Both times they claimed we said Calzone.

Most of the time we come here it’s for the buffet, since ordering pizzas can be pricey at SS. The food is usually good, but the service is always bad. The ladies that work in there are generally rude and act like helping customers gets in the way of visiting with their friends that are hanging out and playing on their phones.

Never cooked thorough. Always bite into dough. It looks done but to get the 10 minute quickness it’ll be raw! In the past 5 star now the big brown girls don’t care about nothing other than thier time apparently. 100% honest experience and observation only.

Will never go back. Use to be our Sunday dinner. Employ was very rude. Miss up our calzone. Didn’t check it til we got home. Did not want to fix there mess up. Told us if any was gone or had a bite out of it would not replace it. Basically called me a liar on what I ordered. Very disappointing.

I LOVE the pizza at Simple Simon’s in Heavener! The crust has an excellent flavor. In my opinion, it’s the best pizza between here and Ft. Smith (yes, including Poteau). We get take out from there at least once a week (and often more than once) and it is always great. Highly recommend the pizza, but the other food is great too – BBQ wings, cinnamon sticks, garlic sticks, turkey sandwiches, fettuccine alfredo (with or without chicken) – all great!
