Just to say, i love DQ’s food. And i cant believe I was treated like this. Just went through the drive thru to get 2 breakfast platters. They were the most nastiset food I have ever got from there. I called up there and it took them forever to answer the phone. The woman that answered the phone was very rude to me ,she asked me what was wrong with my food,So I told her. Then I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was to busy to speak with me. Then she got really rude with me and told me that the manager would tell me to bring my food back and get my money back or replace the food. I said well i would like to speak to the manager and she said she would tell you the same thing I just said. I asked her name and she gave me her name then she hangup on me before i could say that I would just call back later.To the woman that answered the phone,Debra Bennett,if you cant handle a customers compliant, then you do not need to be answering the phone or working with the public.

Very clean. Service is usually pretty friendly. The food is always amazing! The prices have been great with this $5 buck or $6 buck lunch (which is actually offered all day)… a drink, burger/sandwich, fries, and a sundae for 5 or 6 dollars! We had a good chat with the owner one day… very nice man!
