The lady at the window was nice but the rest of the crew had this lord of the flies vibe like they were making up their own uniforms. Went to get the ghost pepper burger. This is what we all got (pictured in photos). I might not have known the difference if I hadn’t already had one last week. This is NOT okay. The only thing about it that was even remotely as advertised is that it has the sauce. Food was warm so that’s why you got 2 stars instead of 1. Might wanna try selling people what you advertise or saying “we’re out of that, can we get you something else?” . Don’t charge me for the price of 2 meals that are just regular whoppers. I spent full price on this. Get your act together. False advertisement is stealing!

Here at 1107am. Says they’re open. I see a manager as well as another regular employee behind the counter when I approached the door and it was locked.
