I have had range of quality of drinks but on most recent one, we ordered two drinks plus donuts at drive thru. Upon pickup, the server provided the drinks said good day and proceeded on next orders without providing donuts. We several times tried to get attention to which they ignored and kept to their internal conversation. We tried to wave at another who looked at us and ignored. Not sure if we became invisible but was highly unprofessional. The server at driver thru finally had to speak to us…since we were not moving and provided the donuts (without apology or acknowledging mistake). Would not recommend at all this location.

This Dunkin, with the exception of one nice older lady, is almost completely staffed with rude, careless employees. This is ALWAYS. But today specifically was the worst…had to tell them our order MULTIPLE times and it was still wrong at the window. On explaining this, the kid got loud/nasty with us. When we tried to get our app points redeemed he told us he had no idea how to cuz he didn’t personally use it himself and left the window. There is a very professional and friendly one only a few minutes away in Maugansville, AVOID THE PENNSYLVANIA AVE LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

The family that owns the Dunkin donut franchise believes in making their own donuts and the results are obvious. These are the best donuts for a Dunkin donuts anywhere in Maryland. They make them fresh every day. Most Dunkin donuts these days by them from corporate Frozen and then they bake them. These guys make their own donuts. The coffee’s great also. I highly recommend it

I’d have to give 2 stars because the employees who were working didn’t wash there hands before serving my drink or before making them ,, when you work in the food industry you are supposed to wash your hands after you touch the register or dealing with money and that did not happen..

The drinks were gross! My husband ordered 2 carmel crazes with 7 pumps of carmel they charged him for 14 shots in each! Ue ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel they gave him a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The drinks were large drinks and they weren’t even full! Worse order ever!
