Food is pretty good, as always. I mean, KFC is KFC. Staff didn’t have much of a welcoming attitude & the cashier was actually having a personal conversation on a cell phone while she took my order when I was there the time before. Twice in a row, haven’t gotten a side I requested. So, double check your order before you leave to make sure you got everything. Atmosphere was mostly clean. A bit of trash around the drink dispenser & sticky counter. Overall, going to go back because it’s the closest KFC to me & I’m not always down for Bo-time.

I use to think this location had really bad customer service and I use drag going there. I would crave KFC and hate going there because all the people there suck. But when they changed the management and all the staff, their customer service is so much better now!!! Top tier service with top tier staff!!! Every time I’ve gone since then, has been a great experience every single time!!! Thanks for making it so easy and enjoyable to go there! 10/10 Going to other KFCs around Wilmington makes me appreciate this location so much!!

You would not believe it! Who hangs hand sanitizer above salt and pepper packets? Why did I order fries, ask the manager if they were fresh, she rudely says “yes” and get the most disgusting fries ever!. I contact KFC’s corporate office who never replied. I guess hand sanitizer droppings from one’s hand is a new condiment with salt and pepper?

I got a 3 piece chicken strips and mash potatoes and gravy with biscuit and every bit of it was nasty,the chicken taste like eating a fried rubber band the potatoes was cold and biscuits was doughy in the middle. Want go there no more 9:15 pm on 4/20/2023.

This is the cleanest best decorated most efficient and delicious KFC I have ever visited! We have use the drive-through service and found it to be very efficient and the food comes out hot and tasty. Today we are dining in. My wife and I brought 609 Rental Pics in ages 2 to 15 and the eight of us ordered everything we want and the bill was only around $50! Look at these photos and you’ll see how well decorated and what a good design concepts this KFC offers

I came here @ 7pm after working all week and finally getting paid on Friday just to order the $35.00 12 piece family tender meal with 3 large sides so I order 2 Mac n cheese and 1 mashed potatoes and gravy and I add 2- 8 piece nuggets @ 4.99 each spending a total of $48.00 at and they tell me they are out of Mac n cheese so I just get two mashed potatoes and a order of fries I did not realize it didn’t come with drink so I ask at the window if I can buy 2 half gallons of sweet tea just to be told NO THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK AROUND AND ORDER IT SO SCREW THAT I LEAVE GET ALL THE WAY HOME AND GUESS WHAT THE 16 NUGGETS I ORDERED ARENT IN THE BAG EITHER SMGDH come on people like me don’t have money like that and I really wanted to try those nuggets kfc y’all really let me down

We went here for dinner tonight and the lady that took our order was extremely rude. i understand it was busy but i work to and even when it’s busy i still have to have good customer service. while we were ordering she continuously kept cutting us off saying is that it. on the last item we were trying to adjust something on it.. she cut us off and said is that all.
