It’s been awhile since i been to bsb, but DAMN those wings were so good they make you slap your mama!!! Glad to hear there’s new ownership . BSB in cranberry is the new favorite restaurant in cranberry . Clean , super nice staff and better than ever . thanks guys will see you again next week .

Delicious wings and fries! Only large quantities of wings can split flavors. The boneless wings are nice and crispy. Fast service. Cash only unless you order from an online vendor like grubhub. Our new favorite local wing spot for sure.

I would prefer Sports Grille wings before I ever come here again it was so greasy and overpriced they should actually come up with better deals, the salad was good but the ranch dressing here is terrible me and my family ended up throwing away over $50 bucks no one was happy but I guess it all depends on who is making your food also just a thought. Wings are tasty. However, when you order $70 worth of wings I’d expect ranch to come WITH my order. Paying an extra 50cent per cup is ludicrous. Terrible customer service.

We used to frequent this place but I can assure you we won’t be back. If you order a chicken salad, it comes with a total of 2-3 slices of tomato and 5 fries total, with a small amount of salad, and chicken that looks chewed up and spit out and tastes like vomit. I called the store to discuss the small amount of toppings and was told they brought in a manager to control the quantity going out and that’s how it’s supposed to be made, as compared to the salads they had previously. It is certainly not worth the cost and the flavor is awful now. We won’t be eating here again. Also, wings are overpriced and are subpar.

While working in Cranberry for over a year now I frequently would order from here. (As well as my coworkers) Every thing WAS always great, friendly workers, fast delivery and well portioned filling meals. We mostly would order salads and flavored chicken tenders. Recently have noticed the downward spiral of this place since it took new management. Salad portions were drastically cut and no longer are appetizing. The chicken is over cooked and dry. Looks chewed up and gross.The 5 or 6 French fries were ice cold, maybe 2-3 slices of soggy tomato to top it off. Peppers and onions were pretty much non existent. After reading previous reviews I am sadly not the only one who has came to this conclusion… BSB didn’t deserve my $12.06 and doesn’t deserve your money either!

They do a really nice job of takeout. Everything was wrapped in plastic neatly and surprisingly hot and crisp. I would definitely order from here again. Probably soon. Black magic butter and Primetime are my favorite wing flavors.

To be fair, every other time I’ve had BSB’s- it was amazing! Fast forward to 3 years later (today), these were the worst wings I’ve ever had. I’m really disappointed because I use to love them. I couldn’t even bite into most of them bc of how hard and dry they were. Their fries and salads are still top notch, hence the 3 stars. Hope the food gets better, but sadly, I won’t be ordering anymore :/
