Super excited to have a new Burger King in the neighborhood. Was under construction, with the kitchen operational. Unfortunately not a great experience. While I realize this is fast food, I expect consistency with fast food meals. Need to improve the quality and overall delivery. Hopefully things improve when fully operational.

Staff was fine, not particularly polite but not rude. The mozzarella sticks were not fresh but the fries and sandwich were okay. I got breakfast here the other day and the gentleman in the window was very nice and the sandwich was perfect so it might just be an issue with the afternoon crew.

First time here since the renovation period the girl at the speaker just giggling the whole time ask for a bacon chz Sandwich with no ketchup she repeats back “no pickles? While laughing th whole time. I repeat myself. She then says “no bacon?.. Again the whole time she’s giggling and I was completely fine with it and even commented about how they were having a great time or something but then I get home and there’s catch app on the Sandwich and when I call I’m told the only thing I can do is bring back the food to get the food I paid for and I get nothing extra for making an extra trip? I was then told that there’s nothing they can do so I asked for him money to be written in the book I will be coming back but this is not good service I should be getting something for making a second trip? Please reach out to me It’s not about the money all but this is not okay..

Had my wife order food for me on the app. 2 whoppers, 2 fries. Easy. $30 COLD FOOD AND SHORT A FRY LATER. I can’t even get a hold of anyone to let them know. Customer service line is a joke! Called 3 location and only 1 answered the phone and then hung up. Would love to talk to a manager about there incompetent staff and lack of attention to details. Has to be the worse experience, can’t even tell my wife because she was doing something nice for me.

Every time I go to this location they always seem to forget something (over the time I’ve been going there, I’ve missed about 45$ in food/drinks) Half the time when you order their mozzarella sticks they come half frozen or have been sitting in a warmer for 45 minutes and tend to be very rubbery at that point. There should truly be more quality control at this franchise. very disappointed.

I don’t eat fast food very often. I noticed this location was getting a renovation so thought I would try it out. If I could give no stars I would have. the food was absolutely disgusting! Everything we ordered was cold. The bun was so dry it fell apart when you touched it. The staff was rude and didn’t even let me finish my order before they were giving me the price. Good thing we checked the bag because they were missing items.I will never return to a Burger King again!

Terribly slow. This is NOT fast food by any means. Very underwhelming service. My sandwich was barely warm…the cheese was zero percent melted. I should’ve gone next door to Taco Bell. It’s hard to get worse than Taco Bell, but congrats BK, you managed to be worse today!

This place is disgusting I order 2 cheese burgers and a whopper jr meal with a spicy crispy sandwich they forgot my whopper jr I had to go back when I got home my 5 year old found a rubber band In her cheese burger!!! (Rubber band from braces) my whopper jr had a hair !!
