Have been to this location drive thru twice. First time was slow but not sure what may have occurred with those in front of me, so no worry. Today I ordered a dipped cone, small ice cream in a cup (no cone or topping) & medium soda. I was charged for the cone, soda & a sundae! Really a sundae? price is more than double This is my last trip to this location. Dropped my rating.

Despite the very mixed reviews, we chanced it & dined in at 5:30pm on a Friday night. I’m very glad we took the chance! Burgers & fries tasted hot & delicious; ice cream was great, as usual. The service was good & friendly. We’ll be back!

the crew that work at this DQ are a great group. fun bunch. always welcoming and willing to make things right. that’s a good thing because they will often need to fix your order and they will require ample time to do so. i have been the only person in the dining area and had this happen to me- i placed my order, waited 20 minutes, got the wrong burger, notified them, waited 20 minutes, and then got the right burger. there’s six people working back there and they did get it done, but on the time table of epochs, not lunch. i was faded af and time held little meaning for me on that day, but on this particular day I’m sober and in the drive thru, and I was able to write this entire review in the time it took for me to get to the window, not even receive my order. this is a good dairy queen if you want a jolly local pub atmosphere and it’s doing great things for everyone involved. just don’t be under any time constraints whatsoever

Worst customer service!! Ordered 3 tacos, 2 small m&m blizzards and 1 small butterfinger blizzards. Got to window and got 2 mini blizzards and a small. When I questioned the employee he told me three time rudely that No I didn’t order smalls. It wasn’t tell after I went inside and asked for my receipt and a manager that the employee started back tracking. By this point I didn’t want blizzards anymore! DQ used to be a treat. Stood at counter. 3 employees saw me and one I passed that was outside smoking. The drive thru had a couple of cars but for me to stand there that long without even being greeted was sad. Finally young lady came out and took order. Then proceeded to clean tables. But sprayed each one down and I suppose come back around and wipe them? Makes no sense. There was no place to sit at that moment while we were waiting.
