I was in drive thru. Food was not fresh and had me pull up to wait for my drink. I was forgotten and had to go in for my drink. They didn’t want to replace my food I had to go back out to get the food to prove I wouldn’t eat it. It took over 40 minutes to get fresh food and a drink. Not worth the headache. Fresh food wasn’t fresh. Better but definitely not hot and fresh

Ordered by using a mobile order& allowed me to order a caramel sundae but they said it’s not on at 3 am. They wanted me to go thru the app for a refund but it’s always a problem even talking to a person. It’s email & pray you get your money back. They make it very well known that no chicken sandwich after midnight but they don’t say ice cream isn’t on till the morning.

The service was absolute garbage here. I ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals, 2 milkshakes, and 2 happy meals. I go to the window and they give me my two happy meals and a milkshake (which was the wrong flavor even though they told me it was right) I let it go because whatever mistakes are made sometimes. I’m waiting for the rest of my food and they ask me if I’m missing anything like if I didn’t get half of my food. I tell them I’m missing a milkshake and my two nugget meals and they give me my milkshake and tell me they gave me everything. I literally had to sit and argue with 3 employees about getting my meals and all three of them gave me an attitude and told me that I didn’t order 2 meals even after I handed them my receipt 4 different times even after showing them where my meals were, they still refused to give me my food. I had to wait at least 15 minutes to get everything I ordered. They tried to give me one meal and then when I asked where the second one was, they rolled their eyes at me and threw my food at me. I’ve never had any problems like this at any fast food place. This McDonald’s should consider getting some new employees because those 3 girls were horrible and straight up rude and disrespectful. Never again.

I visited this location around 500 pm yesterday to purchase the heavily advertised grimace meal. The man taking my order stated the ice cream machine was down. That sucked because of all the advertising the franchise has done for the grimace meals. This location is in the Eastpoint mall parking lot heavy traffic and off the highway highly disappointing for a main road location. No apology from the young man taking my order all I could say was wow and pull off.

It was my first time visiting this McDonald’s. I did an online order for pickup, which I thought was rather simple, and they didn’t give me one of my drinks and 2 orders of French fries, but they had no trouble taken my money! I will make I check my food before leaving and trusting this place again!

This McDonald’s is located behind the now almost lifeless Eastpoint mall ( like many malls it’s had to try and re-define itself). This McDonald’s is IMHO fast and friendly. I’ve stopped here over the years mainly for a quick breakfast and as fast food goes….I’ve never been disappointed. Consistency is the way McDonald’s does business and this location certainly maintains that goal. Speaking for myself this location has always been spot on. Your experience may vary but remember, it’s fast food served by underpaid folks who work hard and deal with a rude…… partially undeserving public all day and night. #Handfingerstrong
