I never have an issue with customer service. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Rather, it is frustrating to drive across town and for this Starbucks to seem to be randomly closed. If you’re relying on coffee to start your day, I do not recommend going to this Starbucks. Some days it’s open. Some days it’s closed. Some days they’ll let you inside. Some days they won’t. Expect a 20 minute drive thru wait if you so happen to go.

Me and my Son was waiting 30 minutes in line and the lady gave me A dirty look and didn’t even Acknowledge us. Then she ask the cowork that just got there should I take there oder. The other lady said No don’t take there oder I will. The 2nd lady was talking to her friends then took our oder. My son was sad . This is the worst Starbucks I do not recommend ever coming here they have no proper service.

On the website Starbucks said that they will be open for 8am. I spoke with a target employee and they informed me that a worker didn’t show up for the shift and they won’t be available until 11am but by then I will have to wait 3 hours to get my coffee and breakfast before I attend work. Unacceptable for the time wasted to drive over here. FYI Starbucks is closed & you will not get anything this morning!

Drive thru line is ridiculous and slow. You are stuck if you want to get out. Sat there for over 15 minutes before I could order, then was told they don’t know what an Almond Milk Horchata Frappuccino is. Every other Starbucks I go to knows what it is. And every other Starbucks has a way to get out of the line should it be too long and slow. I would suggest someone take charge of this location. I will not be back.

Someone needs to clean house here and start over from management down! The drive thru is always a 15-20 minute wait. When customers order ahead through the app and your order is wrong multiple times there’s a problem. Barista didn’t care it was wrong. I left him with the drink and I won’t be back that’s for sure.

I Hate giving bad reviews and maybe they were having an off day. Very long line to start with. Get to speaker and the woman did not know how to take orders. Had to repeat myself several times. I get to the window and wait, wait, and wait some more. Finally, after being in line almost 15 min. and seeing my drink sit there for the last 5..I got my drink and it had 5 ice cubes in the whole iced coffee. The girl says sorry but I was just ready to leave. Even after all of that the drink was not very good. Seems this location might need more training.
