Stopped here just for their extraordinary salsa but in addition to that we ended up ordering tacos, carne asada steak, and gluten free chicken enchiladas. Everything was fantastic. Generous portions for the money. Asada was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The margaritas were delicious and the service was attentive and kind. Make time to enjoy a meal here. You won’t regret it.

Relatives said this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in Fruita. I feel bad for the citizens of Fruita. The service was minimal and she certainly wasn’t enjoying her job. The food overall was rather bland, from the salsa, to the Spanish rice, to the entrees. I was not impressed with the relleno, just a chili and cheese wrapped in a tortilla and toasted. Not a lot of effort there. The worst entree was the tamale. You had to work through the massa to find a few shreds of meat. Sooo much massa, like an inch thick. Definitely pass on those. Positives? Our group liked the margaritas and the chicken enchiladas.

Stopped in here last winter and was impressed by their top notch service and and excellent food. Came back a couple days ago on a road trip and was once again impressed. We had our dog with us but they got us a table outside and even brought out water for her. Very cool!

Our waiter Rogelio L was absolutely amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was so good! Jessie L was also so amazing. We took too long to eat and never felt pressure to leave even 15 minutes after closing. Love this place, PLEASE give these two a raise! They obviously love the job and care, I’m from out of town and they don’t know me, so obviously they treat everyone well. 100% recommend this place!

This place really impressed us! We went in for dinner, we were greeted and seated quickly. It is a very clean establishment and we recieved complimentary chips and salsa. The food was fantastic and there was something for everyone. Very reasonably priced and we will go back again. They serve alcohol, have a small traditional american menu as well. If you’re in the area I would recommend stopping by and checking it out! Good Mexican food in Fruita Colorado.

Excellent find! Driving across country and stopped in Fruita for lunch. The food was great, portions plentiful, prices were more than fair and service was fabulous. The chips were warm and the salsa was delicious. We were greeted with friendly and exuberant smiles. Great extensive menu and quite reasonable prices. I really thought I would order the sopapillas for dessert but couldn’t eat another bite. Ample parking and a clean establishment. Definitely recommend a meal here if you’re interested in a Mexican meal. Every staff member offered a smile and was personable.

I cannot figure out how this place has such good reviews. Might be the most bland Mexican food I’ve ever had. And that’s saying something. Chips and salsa were rough. Decent margs at least. And service is pretty good I guess ‍♂️ Way overpriced but that’s the world we live in now.
