What in the heck is going on at Applebee’s, Eldorado? Firstly, upon arrival, the hostess… asked if we wanted a booth and pointed to one saying she’d get it cleaned for us. Soon as it was cleaned she sat another couple there. I asked why she gave our table away and she literally grit her teeth saying, IT WAS “NOT” your table… in such an angry tone…I had to ask her if she was ok! Cut to the table and we get plastic dinnerware for my husband’s steak and my chicken pasta!! I asked why was that and was told they had NO clean dishes! We were also told that things were off track because some workers had a fight on site earlier. Thank God my hubby got a good steak from here FINALLY…or our entire experience would have been ruined. I have videos to back up my claims. Not to mention the floors are atrociously FILTHY! I’m staring at jalepenos and trash all over the floor.. Corporate needs to do a surprise visit quickly! Wish there were more dining options nearby!

The service was not that great they took awhile to acknowledge that we was there. Also sat is by people who kids were jumping in the booth with me and my husband and thought it was funny. The waiter was actually sitting down at the table with them instead of attending to us who was still waiting to even be asked what we would like to drink.

It was not busy, we were seated right away. However, ordering and receiving food was not as prompt. Childs plate of chicken tenders was served LAST and we had almost completed our meal. Also, it was brought out in pieces, not as a complete table. It is not fun eating in front on a child and wondering where her food is! Appetizer was not as good as expected…dip left a lot of room for improvement, including being hot when delivered. The cheese sticks ordered with a 2/$30 deal were not hot when delivered and were better at home in the air fryer.

Really loved going their but here recently the service is very poor. Went in for a birthday dinner and waited a long time for anyone to take our drink and when we did receive them the person just left without even taking our order finally waved someone down and got order in the waited another long time and no food anywhere I think they must have not placed our order in the Machine. Finally after almost 1 hour we got food and they had forgotten my son’s food. Finally got that and had to flag someone else down for silverware realized my fish was crispy on the outside and plain raw on the inside. Just asked for it to get cooked again and put in a to go plate . We did not have a set waitress to our table so we did not leave a tip. We are very good tippers but for starters we didn’t have a waitress and 2nd no decent service at all… O and the manager just walked by us a couple of times with not even bothering to ask how we where doing… Crazy experience don’t feel like I would wanna go back

Time for visiting is before dinner shift. (Personal experience) the evening wait staff has a severe lack professionalism. Total time from seating to eating was 1 hour. My wife’s food wasn’t as pictured.
