We are new to Bakersfield and we really wanted to try authentic Mexican food. We live in a area where there isn’t many food trucks, it’s more of a reserved area where we live by. We decided to drive to this area for the first time. And this mexican food truck is amazing!! The food delicious and their waters (lime & horchata) were my favorite. We went kinda late on a Friday night, around 11:45pm and they were still open. The customer service was amazing. There was a lot of people, surprisingly because it was late. You’re able to serve your own toppings and drinks which is amazing!! Also, the place was cleaned, cozy and nice. It was chilly outside but I wasn’t able to feel the coldness because of their amazing set up inside. They even have a tv which you’re able to watch while you eat. Feels like at home! You need to try their food, highly recommended! You gain a customer, thank you for your service.

The blandest tacos in Bakersfield. Got the birria tacos they gave us no consume to dip it in, there was no flavor and they were 95% cheese and they were 3.50 ea. The rice tasted like cheap dollar a box microwave rice and The beans were dried up. Not just the worst food truck in Bakersfield but the worst I’ve food truck I have ever been to

The tacos are super good but they cheat you off your money. We are a big family who orders lots of tacos and every time we go they cheat us off. They charge us for all the tacos we ordered but don’t give us all of them. There is usually 5-7 tacos missing every time . They also keep your receipt when you get the order so you have no proof when you want to complain. We called and told them tacos were missing and they simply didn’t care. The tacos are good but I’d say go somewhere else because it is not worth them stealing your money. They also have super rude staff.

We ordered carne asada tacos. The meat was so tender with awesome flavor. The tortillas we’re soft without being greasy. The salsas were good. They had this pickled onions with habanero chili that was just amazing. You definitely have to try this place out if you want some really good tacos. Don’t know about there other food because I haven’t tried is yet.

I never had a pastor burrito with no flavor. If it wasn’t for the pickled onions I would’ve thrown it away! I live in the bay so I always like to taste new taco spots but this is a no for me. Never again

There were pieces of napkin in my burrito. Customer service seemed unapologetic when I called.

No disappointment whenever we go by. I usually get tacos de cabeza and a quesadilla de al pastor. Good little combo of two different things. They always have ice cold sodas available. The onions and habanero with lime or vinegar are great with both the tacos and quesadillas! One downside is that sometimes the tables could be a bit dirty but if you ask them they’ll be happy to clean them up! Open late hours but I’m not sure until when.

So I tried this place for the first time just the other day. I will be calling the health department. While ordering I watched one of the workers exit the back of the truck and thinking nothing of ot walked back to my vehicle to drop off my change and saw the employee, who was making the burritos, zip up his pants, turn around, and walk back into kitchen and start handling the grill! No, wash, not even so much as some hand sanitizer. When I mentioned it to the lady taking orders, she shoved the burrito into my hands and mumbled something along the lines of “chingas… Piche.. Gabacho”
